- Please note that Check-In time is 3 pm and Check-Out time is Noon.
- This form must be received and approved for scheduling in the Meetings, Events & Conferences office a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the event.
- As noted, a University account code must be provided to reserve guest housing. The account will not be charged unless the room or furnishings are damaged.
