In honor of National Nurses Week, Lewis University is hosting a seminar designed to support a healthier you. In addition to the presentation, participants are invited to network and tour our facility.
Nurses, as caring professionals, tend to focus on taking care of others first and themselves last. This is backwards. Nurturing ourselves reaps mutually beneficial results. We present ideas that shift your thinking on this concept and provide ideas to incorporate into your lifestyle that support a more positive and healthier you!
Participants will receive 1.0 CEU.
