Men's Track and Field Earns USTFCCCA Academic All-Team

Men's Track and Field Earns Academic All-Team, 9 Student-Athletes Named Academic All-Athlete by USTFCCCA

The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced its men's track and field All-Academic Athletes and All-Academic Teams with Lewis earning the team honor and placing nine student-athletes on the list of honorees.
 
The Flyers, led by head coach Dana Schwarting, posted a team GPA of 3.30 for the 2023-24 season, won the GLVC Indoor Championship and placed second in the GLVC Outdoor Championship, had one student-athlete qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championship and two participants in the NCAA Outdoor Championship.

Lewis' individual Academic All-Athletes included senior Will DeBolt (Naperville, IL/Naperville North), freshman Marcos Garcia (Waukegan, Ill./Waukegan), sophomore Brian Holmes (Naperville, IL), freshman Evan Horgan (Loves Park, Ill./Belvidere North), junior Zach Olenek (Algonquin, IL/St. Edward Central Catholic), junior Aubrey Smith (Floyds Knobs, IN), sophomore Tyler Toussaint (Castries, Saint Lucia), junior Charlie Wirth (Greenville, Wis./Hortonville) and senior Keegan Zack (Watseka, IL/Watseka Community).
