Become an Aviation Maintenance Technician at Lewis University

An exploration of career possibilities available in the field of aviation maintenance technology will be offered from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 8 in the Harold E. White Aviation Center located on Lewis University’s main campus in Romeoville. This free conference was designed for anyone interested in a career in aviation. Visit to register.

Hear from industry leaders about tremendous hiring opportunities in the field of aviation maintenance. Regional representatives have joined with Lewis University aviation students and faculty to provide an informational session of real-life success stories from program graduates who earned their AMT license in 24 months and are now earning $54,000 a year.

The event’s agenda includes:

This is a unique opportunity to learn about Lewis University’s new evening AMT License Degree Program including daytime/evening/online program options that will prepare you to secure both Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings required to succeed as a licensed Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT).

All attendees will receive a raffle ticket for a complimentary Lewis University flight. New applicants that attend will have the $40 program application fee waived.
