The College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) released its 2014 Spring Team Scholar All-America Awards on Thursday (July 10), with both Lewis University swimming squads appearing on the list. The Lewis men's squad earned a 3.18 team GPA while the women's squad recorded a 3.29 mark.
The Team Scholar All-American Award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams who achieved a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America is the oldest professional organization of college coaches in America. The CSCAA is dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming and diving at the collegiate level.
