Pardon Our Dust, North Hall is Being Renovated

Published: June 25, 2021.

North Hall renovation will begin after July 5. The work will be completed in three phases over the course of three years.

The building, which was built in 1997, will be closed during the demolition phases of the project, but it will remain open during construction phases as the work will be completed one section at a time.

The remodel will include updated bathrooms in each suite, the installation of electronic keycard access for each suite, updates to the common use kitchen located on the second floor, updated lounges, including new lounge furniture, and improvements will be made to the existing HVAC system.
