Please arrange to fly into Midway Airport in Chicago at the listed times below if you want us to transport you to and from Lewis University by van at no cost to you.
ARRIVAL times for pickup at Airport
Please purchase flights arriving Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Midway Airport in Chicago arrival before 1:00 PM central time. A Lewis van will collect you at the airport and drive you to Lewis University.
DEPARTURE Times For Dropoff At Airport
Please purchase flights departing Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM central time or later. At 11:00 AM central time, a Lewis van will leave Lewis University and provide transportation to Midway Airport in Chicago.
DEPARTURE
Please arrange to depart Lewis University Saturday, June 22, 2024, after 11:00 AM central time. Make your way to Lewis Memorial Hall, #15, to check out with your authorized guardian/chaperone that will be picking up (unless it’s communicated with staff that the teen will be checking themselves out).
Transportation to and from O’Hare airport will not be provided.
ARRIVAL
Please arrange to arrive at Lewis University on Sunday, June 16, 2024, between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM central time. Make your way to the Founder’s Hall (FO), #36 on the campus map linked below, to check in with your authorized guardian/chaperone dropping off (unless it’s been communicated with staff that the teen will be checking themselves in). DEPARTURE
Please arrange to depart Lewis University Saturday, June 22, 2024, after 10:00 AM central time. Make your way to the James A. LaGrippe Pastoral Center (SA), #38, to check out with your authorized guardian/chaperone that will be picking up (unless it’s communicated with staff that the teen will be checking themselves out).
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Park in Parking Lot L (in front of the Learning Resource Center) for those planning to drive in. Use this Lewis University Campus Map for your orientation.
Fill out the "Travel & Accommodation Survey" by May 1, 2024. By filling out the form, you will allow us to coordinate accommodations while you are on campus.
If you are flying and request to be picked up at the airport, instructions will be emailed to you a week before the program.
