New and returning students interested in participating in choir, please drop in for a 10-minute audition in Ives Hall, upstairs in the Oremus Fine Arts Building.  Singers at all levels are invited to try out.  Auditions are brief and "low-stress" and there is no need to prepare anything, although experienced singers are encouraged to bring music for a solo you have sung in the past.

Chamber Choir, a student ensemble of 16 to 32 men and women, meets M/W afternoons at 4:00-5:15 pm.   If enough women try out, we will also add a new Women's chorus meeting T/Th 11:30 am-12:45 pm.  Both choirs will sing a variety of choral styles from Renaissance through modern. Students earn one elective credit for choir, but a zero-credit option is available to avoid an overload tuition charge for students already at 18 credits.

If you wish to reserve a time in advance, or have any questions, please email director Jeremy Landig, at landigje@lewisu.edu.
