The EAP is a benefit Lewis University is providing to all employees and their families. It is designed to help individuals who have issues that impair, or have the potential to impair, their health and well-being and/or their work performance. EAP counselors help with many types of issues including relationships, emotional, substance abuse, work stress, job performance and much more.
