The following is a brief survey concerning Lewis University’s Service Learning Program. Please take a few moments to provide us with feedback about your experience of Service Learning so that we may continue to improve our efforts to facilitate effective service and vibrant learning with our students and you, our partners. While there are many ways to serve, such as clinicals, practica and internships, we are specifically interested in data related to the Service Learning students who worked with in order to enhance the academic goals of specific course(s).
