On Sunday, November 18, 2012, the Lewis University Police Department was notified that a non student was found deceased in Fitzpatrick Hall.

The Romeoville Police Department and Will County Coroner are investigating the incident. The authorities report there was not and is no current threat to campus. The Lewis University campus remains open and all classes and activities will be held as scheduled, Monday, November 19th.

The Lewis University Community expresses its prayerful sympathy to all who are touched by this tragedy especially family and friends.
