Lewis Menís Track and Field Sends Bryce Holesinger To NCAA Indoor Championships

The NCAA announced on Tuesday (Feb. 27) that Lewis University's Bryce Holesinger (Fulton, Ill./Fulton) has qualified to compete in the heptathlon at the Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships. A total of 540 participants, 270 men and 270 women, will compete in the championships.

Holesinger was selected to represent Lewis after earning a provisional qualifying mark of 5,190 points at the Charlie Foster Pre-Holiday Classic back in December.

"For Bryce, this will be his second time at nationals," head coach Dana Schwarting said. "Hopefully he takes the experience he gained the first time and puts it to good use."

The championships be held March 9-10 in Pittsburg, Kan., at the Robert W. Plaster Center. The championships will be streamed live on
