Degree program planning guides are provided which highlight the intended audience, learning outcomes and proficiencies, and curriculum. Students admitted to any of these degree programs offered by Lewis University must follow the catalog requirements in effect upon their official acceptance to the University.
When reviewing the degree program planning guides, each one is divided into the sections of General Education Requirements, Foundation Course Requirements, and Major Courses. In each section labeled Alternative Credit Options, the courses offered by Hamburger University that are accepted for transfer credits toward the degree are identified. Other credit options include a proficiency exam, CLEP test, or preparing a portfolio of prior learning experience. Those degree requirements which must be satisfied by successfully completing Lewis University courses are noted.
