Finals Week, Fall 2018

It’s Finals Week, Flyers.  We know how stressful that can be.  We wanted to share with you some tips on how to de-stress during finals, courtesy of the website “Sara Laughed”:

She has some great tips from unplugging your devices to getting enough sleep to getting out and taking a walk.  Take care of yourselves, Flyers.

Wait…is that a Christmas movie?

In celebration of the holiday season, we took a few minutes as a staff to reflect on some excellent Christmas movies!  But to our dismay, not everyone could agree if certain movies were truly “Christmas” or just pretenders.  Personally, I’m not sure if Die Hard should be considered a Christmas film.  However, Elf is as Christmas as they come!

When next visiting the library, stop by the periodical lounge in the NE corner.  There is a movie display portraying 20 films that we aren’t sure should be associated with Christmas.  Take a few minutes to peruse the titles and place a “yea” or “nay” tally on the sheets for each film.

Enjoy!
