Sheila Boysen has a varied professional background that includes supply chain and logistics, talent management, recruitment and selection and professional coaching. These roles spanned a number of industries as well as both public and private organizations. She completed her coach education at the University of Texas at Dallas in their Executive, Professional and Career Coaching program and received her PCC certification from the International Coach Federation. She was elected to the executive board of the Chicago Coach Federation in 2011 and is still serving as treasurer. She also holds a Professional Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Her doctoral studies at Benedictine University in Organization Development include extensive research on Coaching and Talent Management. Sheila is passionate about helping students to succeed and helping individuals find their ideal careers.
