Each semester, Lewis University celebrates the accomplishments of our graduates through a variety of ceremonies, receptions and other events. What follows is a listing of important activities, deadlines and contact information. Watch your mail for additional information.
April 2 - Graduate Portrait and Class Ring Opportunity
Graduating seniors who wish to purchase a portrait package to commemorate their graduation are invited to stop by the Big Red Room in the Student Union anytime on Tuesday,
April 2 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to sit for a Grad Images professional photo package. (Appointments are not necessary.) Representatives from Jostens will also be available for those interested in ordering a class ring or graduation announcements.
April 15 - Cap & Gown Orders Deadline
Be sure to order your cap and gown! Students graduating with advanced degrees will receive hoods along with their caps and gowns.
April 23 - College of Arts & Sciences Senior Honors Convocation

April 24 - College of Education Recognition Ceremony

May 1 - Commencement Tickets Available
Tickets (eight guest tickets for the Graduate Degree Ceremony on Saturday and four guest tickets for the Undergraduate Degree Ceremony on Sunday) will be available in the Registrar's Office on the main campus in Romeoville beginning May 1. For more information, please contact the Registrar's Office at (815) 836-5133. Watch your mail for additional information concerning tickets.
May 3 - College of Business Senior Honors Reception

May 4 - College of Nursing & Health Professions Senior Recognition Ceremony
St. Charles Borromeo Pastoral Center, 10:00 a.m. A reception will follow. For more information, please contact Ruth Whims at (815) 836-5350.
NOTE: St. Charles Borromeo Pastoral Center is immediately north east of the main campus at the corner of Route 53 and Airport Road.
