Graesen is usually available between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Faculty are encouraged to contact Graesen with any of their needs to incorporate multimedia into their courses. He can help with getting video content into Blackboard, filming and producing video, or assisting with using multimedia within a course.

Lisa is typically available from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Lisa is responsible for running daily files to ensure the integrity of Blackboard. She also maintains the management of course evaluations through Blackboard, utilizing EAC Outcomes.

Melissa is typically available from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.. Monday through Friday. Any requests for academic technology software support are welcomed from any member of the Lewis Community. Melissa or the IMPACT Lab graduate assistant would be happy to provide assistance with incorporating multimedia into your course projects and want to ensure a successful technology experience in your classroom. Support is provided one-on-one, small group or in workshops. Call, email, schedule an appointment or walk-ins always welcome. Rich and the Classroom Media Support staff provide support for classroom media requests. Faculty (full-time, part-time, and adjuncts) are encouraged to contact Rich with any classroom technology requests (i.e. laptop computer, projector, DVD player, etc.). Rich and the student employees can set up and take down equipment for each class. To ensure equipment availability, place your request as early as possible. Because Rich is often out setting up or taking down equipment, be assured that he will respond appropriately to any messages left.
