Why did you choose Lewis?I choose Lewis because of the strong academic and athletic programs and small class sizes. Being a student athlete the small class sizes helps me to be always able to be in contact with my professors especially when I have to miss class for athletic events.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? ? I am on the women's soccer team as well as a member of Best Buddies and the Student Athletic Advisory Committee.

What do you do with your free time while at Lewis? ? In my free time I like to hang out with my friends, shop, and play board games.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I am involved in the Philip Lynch Theatre, Intramurals, University Ministry, Theta Alpha Kappa, and President’s Student Advisory Committee.

What do you do with your free time? I enjoy going out to Buffalo Wild Wings and relaxing in my room with friends watching movies or our favorite TV shows (Glee, One Tree Hill, etc.)

Why did you choose Lewis? Lewis has small class sizes which were by appealing to me since I love small classroom discussions which a very common at Lewis. Also, it was close enough to home where I could go home if I needed to but far away enough so that I could be independent and live on my own.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I participate in all of the intramural sports, I am the president of the Fellowship of Justice, and I work as the student worker to the university Bursar office.

What do you do with your free time? I enjoy going for runs, lifting in the university weight room, hanging with friends, and playing sports.

Why did you choose Lewis? I chose Lewis for their excellent Nursing program. We have a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX, small class sizes and freshman admission into the Nursing program, all of which were important to me and make the program as great as it is. It was also very important for me to atend a Catholic school. The Catholic heritage Lewis offers fufills that for me. Also, Lewis is the perfect size and I really enjoy the community atmosphere.

What are you involved in on campus? On campus I am a Navigator for the Admissions Department, the Associate Director for Koinonia, a student led weekend retreat, and Student Nurses Association, and active organization for the nurses at Lewis University in the community and on campus. I also participate in various Ministry events and Relay for Life.

What do you do with your free time? With my free time I like to hang out with my friends, watch movies, attend events on campus, and volunteer.

Why did you choose Lewis? I chose Lewis because I loved the campus, the athletics, and the smaller school environment.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I’m on the soccer team, and I’m also a producer for the Lewis Television Network, and a DJ for WLRA.

What do you do with your free time? I watch a lot of Lewis sports games to support the different teams on campus. I also participate in intramural sports with my friends.

Why did you choose Lewis? I chose Lewis for its beautiful scenery, and the fantastic staff that it has on hand.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis?I plan on joining Psi Chi, the national honor society for psychology.

What do you do with your free time? I love to stay busy, so my free time is usually planned out. My mornings are spent exercising. I'm a weightlifter, and I also love to run. When I go out, I like to try different cuisines and find new foods I can share with my family at home. I'm a bargain shopper, so I love to pass time looking for the next new outfit.

People would be surprised to know that I'm a responsible person. Often times, my mood can be very care free, but I always try to fulfill my role in any task given to me.

Why did you choose Lewis? I While choosing a university, I had to look for the school that fit everything I wanted. Lewis has a great location and welcoming community. Lewis also has a variety of majors to pursue which was essentail because I was an incoming undecided student. I am very satisfied with my decision with coming to this school.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? On campus, I am involved in the Theatre department and co-captain of the Flyerettes dance team. Also, for this year I will be a leader on the Catalyst retreat that is organized through University Ministry.

What do you do with your free time? I love to read, listen to music, and hang out with friends.

that a main influence for me to attend Lewis is because my uncle goes to Lewis and he is only 2 years older than I am.

I Chose Lewis University because of the small town atmosphere as well as the fact that the teachers are very accessible and encourage students to get involved. Lewis is a place where I know that I would enjoy being able to call my home.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I would like to get involved in include a lot of charity activities because it is something I have always felt good about being involved in. Also I would like to get involved in more this upcoming year.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis?In addition to being a Navigator Captain, I am a student worker for our Admissions office, President of the Lewis University chapter of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and am a member of the American Chemical Society.

What do you do with your free time? ? I love catching up on my tv shows, going for a nice run, or hanging out with my friends.

Why did you choose Lewis? When I visited Lewis University for the first time I immediately felt like I was at home. Lewis also has a wonderful Biology program, and a partnership with Logan College of Chiropractic, the chiropractic school I hope to attend. Everyone here is so friendly and willing to help with anything and everything!

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? Overnight host, Navigator, and I hope to join Best Buddies.

What do you do with your free time? I enjoy reading, napping, and volleyball.

I have two herniated disks in my low back, hence why I want to be a chiropractor.

What do you do with your free time? I work at the library and participate in intramurals such as dodgeball and paintballing.

Why did you choose Lewis? I came to Lewis because I was originally a recruited athlete, but I also loved the beautiful, picturesque, and clean campus. Lewis was also the perfect distance away from home for me.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I am involved with the University Food Committee and National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I will also be the Treasurer of the Student Governing Board this year.

What do you do with your free time? I like to go to Chicago and hang out with friends on campus.

Why did you choose Lewis? I chose Lewis because I heard so many great things about the school from friends that I knew who went here. Also, I wanted smaller class sizes so I could get to know my fellow classmates and professors. Lewis offered all the classes that I wanted to take, and once I visited campus, I knew this was the one place I wanted to go.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I am involved in the Philip Lynch Theatre, President Student Advisory Council, Phi Alpha Theta (history honor society), and Residence Life.

What do you do with your free time? My free time consists of hanging out with my friends, working on plays in the theatre, and getting involved in intramurals.

Why did you choose Lewis? I didn't choose Lewis. Lewis chose me.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? Here on campus, I'm the Director of Koinonia, a three-day, student-led retreat put on through University Ministry. I'm also the Tempo Editor for "The Flyer," our school's newspaper, a member of the President's Student Advisory Council (PSAC), and a member of the Lewis University Food Committee.

What do you do with your free time? In my free time, I like to simply hang out with my friends, play some NHL 12 on my XBOX 360, watch TV, write, and be incredibly handsome.

Even though I am really outgoing here at Lewis, I was really shy and reserved in high school. When I went to college, though, I decided to open up and be the person I really am. Also, I was born with a sixth finger.

Why did you choose Lewis? I chose Lewis for the great financial aid opportunity and the distance away from home (not too far, but not too close).

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I am in Vocal Jazz Ensemble and many intramurals. I also hope to volunteer more this year.

What do you do with your free time? I like to hang out with my friends around campus, go out to eat or shop at the mall, and visit the dollar theatre to catch a cheap flick.

Why did you choose Lewis? I chose Lewis because of the attention and passion the staff gave to me. Everyone was so nice, and I wanted a college where I could experience something different so I could open my eyes to the world and everything in it. Being an out-of-state student at Lewis, I saw that I could learn about a whole new region, such as the Chicago area.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I am a part of Lewis University's WLRA, which is our radio station on campus. I also participated in intramural volleyball.

What do you do with your free time? ? I like to hang out with my friends, go to the beach, exercise and watch movies.

Why did you choose Lewis? I chose Lewis mainly because of the aviation majors offered, but also because I really liked the small class sizes. Another thing I like about Lewis is the small community-like campus where everything is within walking distance. Lewis offers every student the opportunity to get involved in various campus activities and meet new people.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I am part of the scholars academy at Lewis, as well as Women in Aviation and the American Association of Airport Executives. I am also active in the intramural sports program; volleyball is my favorite one! I am hoping to be a part of the study abroad program as a junior or a senior.

What do you do with your free time? In my free time I like to hang out with my friends, travel to different countries, and take road trips to visit friends at other colleges.

What do you do with your free time? I spend a lot of my free time taking flying lessons, going to the gym, keeping up with my studies and hanging with friends.

What do you do with your free time?In my free time, I love to go to the different events Lewis hosts, like hypnotists and comedians. I also spend a lot of my free time with my friends playing pool at the Flyer's Den, Lewis's arcade on campus.

What activities do you participate in on campus? ? I am involved in Best Buddies and Metropolitan Youth Symphony Orchestra at Lewis.

What do you do with your free time? In my free time I like to play the cello, watch movies, listen to music and just be around my family and friends.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis?I am a student-worker in the Admissions office, Vice President of the Lewis University Bass Fishing Club, Most of the Intramural sports throughout the year, and American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).

What do you do with your free time? In my free time I like to hangout with friends, go fishing, workout, and take naps!

People would be surprised to know that my first car was a 1970 RS Camaro that my dad and I restored by ourselves. Unfortunately, when I decided I wanted to become a Pilot, I had to sell it to help pay for flying.

What is your hometown? I grew up in Chattanooga, TN; but I currently live in Lockport.

What is your major? I'm a Biology Major: PRE-MED!

What is your minor? I have a minor in Theatre… and yep, my major and minor don't match. But they're fun!

Why did you choose Lewis? My dad actually picked this school for me. I have the sneaking suspicion he chose it because it's 12 minutes from our house. But I came anyway, and I fell in love with this place. Guess my dad knows his baby-girl.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? On campus I am involved in Heritage Team, Harmonic Uprising, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Tri Beta (The Biology Honor Society) and of course… A STUDENT NAVIGATOR!

What do you do with your free time? With the little free time I have, I absolutely love to read. I read classics Like Jane Austen and Charles Dickens, but also teen fiction like The Hunger Games and anything with angels (Hush, Hush; Angelfire; The Mortal Instruments and Infernal Devices… sorry I'm babbling. I just really love books).

I'm related to Cedric the Entertainer- he's my dad's cousin. Also, my uncle JoJo played basketball with Larry Bird (he has a championship ring) and my cousin Brian White was in Stomp the Yard and The Family Stone.

Why did you choose Lewis? I chose Lewis for the Flight program and because it's not in Indiana.

What activities do you participate in at Lewis? I am involved in the Army ROTC program along with being on the Ranger Challenge team and the Captain of the Color Guard this year. I am also the Vice-President of Women in Aviation at Lewis.

What do you do with your free time? I spent today's free time trying to answer this question. sigh.
