Internships

Theology majors have the opportunity to volunteer with Lewis' diverse University Ministry programs. A number of positions allow students to receive academic credit gaining experience in areas such as youth ministry.

Additionally, Lewis' Department of Theology is an active participant in the Lasallian Teacher Immersion Program, run by the Midwest District of the Lasallian Christian Brothers. This program enables male students to experience teaching and serving in the Lasallian tradition. Students enjoy a semester away, performing service activities and teaching elementary and secondary students.  The experience concludes with a five-week summer service trip to Guatemala.
