Student Organizations

Sigma Theta Tau

If you are a nursing student with top grades, you will be eligible to be recommended to Lewis' student chapter of Sigma Theta Tau, a professional organization for nurses. The honor society recognizes student achievement and helps nursing students develop their professional standards and their commitment to the practice of nursing.

Student Nurse Association

Lewis' Student Nurse Association is open to all nursing students. The association regularly hosts community public health initiatives, such as successful blood drives. You will get to help your community while building friendships with other nursing students. SNA also participates in conventions and organizations for professional networking opportunities.

Student Services

Computer Lab

A dedicated computer lab for nursing students is located in the College of Nursing and Health Professions on the main campus in South Hall. This lab features computer-assisted instruction (CAI), computerized project systems, SmartBoard technology and wireless Internet access.
