When disaster strikes a business, its operations are often adversely affected. Large organizations usually have extensive resources to help them get back up and running, while small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) do not. Many SMB’s have just as great a need to get operations back on track as fast as possible, but have less money and manpower to devote to that task. The webinar “Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses,” hosted by Lewis University’s Institute for Information Assurance, will present the unique challenges affecting organizations of these sizes, the differences between disaster recovery and business continuity, and strategies for approaching both of them. The webinar will take place Wednesday, November 3, 2010, from 6 to 7 PM CST.
