Dr. Gladding has more than 15 years of experience in senior management positions. He's also spent more than 10 years living and working abroad, in China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Dr. Gladding is Chair of the International Business Program. He teaches Business Administration and International Business.

Dr. Rose spent 21 years in research and management at the Chicago Board of Trade, retiring in 2001 as the Senior Vice President of Strategic and Product Research. Dr. Rose has held research positions at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He's taught at educational institutions in Japan and Malaysia.
