Internships



Internships help history majors gain experience in the workplace, making them more attractive job candidates after graduation. Students are encouraged to work with local historical agencies. Students have interned at agencies such as:

  • The Joliet Area History Museum
  • Will County Historical Society
  • The First Division Museum at Cantigny
  • Naper Settlement
  • The Will County Historic Preservation Department
