1. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
2. Valid Type 03, 04, 09 or 10 Illinois teaching certificate.
3. Four years of successful teaching experience.
4. Successful completion of Illinois Basic Skills Test or Test of Academic Proficiency.
5. Fulfillment of Survey of Exceptional Child requirement (105 ILCS 5/21-2a).
