COURSE: LL-590 Leadership and the Future (2) The focus of this capstone seminar is on the development and presentation of a publishable paper that examines a collaborative change intervention of the student’s choosing. By studying futuristic scenarios and issues, students explicate a vision of their career future and leadership role, providing students with the opportunity to reassess how both their knowledge of the leadership field and their personal style have changed as a result of the program.
