COURSE: 54-363 Consultation and Collaboration for Educators (3)
This course is designed to provide candidates with the necessary skills to effectively consult and collaborate with both their colleagues and studentsí parents. The class will focus on the importance of establishing a teaching-learning context that facilitates communication and learning, setting learning and instructional goals and marketing those goals to others. Candidates will contribute their own experiences to the development of strategies and ideas for setting up different types of educational programs in which collaboration is needed. Prerequisite: 2.75 GPA; Consent of Education Advisor. Offered: Every Semester
