III. The advanced writing requirement of the General Education Requirement is fulfilled by the successful completion of 16-410, Research Methods in Sport Science.
IV. Students must complete an application and be accepted into 16-480, Sport Management Internship. Students need to see their academic advisor or the Sport Management Program Director for the course application and its related deadlines.
V. Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 to remain in good academic standing in the major. A letter will be sent to students who drop below the minimum GPA for two semesters advising them that they have been dropped from the major. Students dropped from the Sport Management Major may petition one time to be readmitted to the program.
VI. For graduation, students must earn a "C" or better in all Sport Management courses.
