COURSE: 47-231 Instrument Pilot Ground School (4)
This course deals with the theoretical aspects of instrument flight. Ground school instruction includes basic principles of instrument flying, aviation meteorology, radio navigation and federal aviation regulations and a general understanding of the terminal enroute instrument flying procedures. This course helps students prepare for the FAA Instrument Written Exam. Meets requirements of 14 CFR 141 Prerequisite: 47-130, 47-131 and 47-132. Offered: Every semester.
