COURSE: 63-406 Systems Design and Methodology (3)|
Students learn techniques of systems design and implementation as applied in a business environment and explore the systems development life cycle, feasibility and cost/benefit analysis, data flow diagrams, design of input, on-line and hardcopy output, traditional files and databases, prototyping techniques, C.A.S.E. tools, design of procedures and controls, and project management tools and techniques. Prerequisite: 63-220 and 63-330. Offered: Fall.
