Students study the application of psychological principles in governmental, non-profit and private sectors. Emphasis is on the understanding of human resource management processes, motivation, communication, leadership, group dynamics, organizational structure and organizational change. Prerequisite: 26-100; 26-360 or 61-200 recommended. Offered: Spring.
