COURSE: 02-315 General Ecology (3)
A study of the interactions of organisms and environments, this course focuses on individuals, populations, communities, ecosystems, landscapes and cycling of matter within energy systems. Laboratory and outdoor work, including field trips emphasizing ecological principles relevant to local habitats, rounds out the course. Prerequisite: 02-220, 02-224, or 03-108 or 03-115.
